Our Process
Locally sourced, we select only the finest 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil on the foothills of the Guachimontones in Jalisco, Mexico. Bandero is naturally gluten-free and contains no chemical additives.

Handmade in Small Batches
Bandero is handmade in small batches. Our agave piñas are steamed in a traditional brick agave oven for 30 hours to caramelize and release the flavors and sugars, then rested for 24 hours and cooled for 4 hours before crushing and fermenting.
