Our Process

We hand-make all of our tequila in small batches. We select the finest 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay soil on the foothills of the Guachimontones in Jalisco, Mexico.

Our agave piñas are steamed in a traditional brick agave oven for 30 hours to caramelize and release the flavors and sugars, then rested for 24 hours and cooled for 4 hours before crushing and fermenting.

Our unique, premium flavor and floral aroma is the result of a long and slow fermentation process, with purified water from our own well. Bandero is distilled twice before being chill-filtered to purify and perfect the flavor. Bandero is gluten-free, and contains no chemical additives.
