How to Enjoy

2 oz Lime juice

1 ounce honey simple syrup*

Ice

Fresh mint for garnish

1 oz Pineapple juice

0.5 oz agave syrup

0.5 oz triple sec

0.25 oz lime juice

Rosemary salt & sprig for garnish

1 tbsp Aperol

1 tbsp Campari

1 tbsp fresh orange or mandarin juice

1 tsp sugar syrup

Dash orange bitters

Orange slice for garnish

1.5 oz orange liqueur

1.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Ice

Splash of simple syrup (optional)

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 ounce lime vodka

To make the aqua fresca:

4 cups cubed watermelon

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup very hot water

1/3 cup lime juice

1/8 tsp cayenne

1/8 tsp sea salt
